  • FRET signal optimisation in Uni-Molecular FRET Probes.
        We implement simple Monte Carlo to investigate statistical properties of model mechanical to bead-like linkers. The model investigates the role of linkers in uni-molecular FRET (Foster Resonance Energy Transfer) based bio-sensors.
